Welcome! I am currently out on maternity leave, planning to be back taking new clients around the beginning of March, 2026. If that happens to fit your timeframe for starting therapy, please feel free to still reach out. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, meaning that you are always the expert of your own experience, and my role is to provide compassion, clarity, and insight in session. I believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to change and I strive to cultivate an environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I work with folks across the lifespan, and I approach counseling through the lens of attachment, considering how past experiences might shape current patterns in your life. Each of us are unique and need different things to thrive; I have a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy to ensure that we are always working toward your goals.
