I am an experienced licensed clinician that works with older adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and/or trauma. I am going to take the time to learn about all aspects of your life, then we will make a plan together on how to best help you move forward. I am looking for people that are ready to make changes and open to using an integrative approach to treatment in which we look at how your lifestyle impacts your mental health.
