I am a Licensed Art Therapist who believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate change. My therapeutic approach is integrative, using strength based, client-centered, and holistic practices. As an art therapist, clients have the option to engage in art therapy. No experience with art required. The creative process, artwork, and discussion provides an opportunity to integrate fractured pieces of the mind, body, and spirit.
