Dr. Smith focuses her practice on treating a number of clinical issues including: anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and specific phobias), depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and traumatic events including abuse and domestic violence. Dr. Smith works with children who are having difficulty adjusting to life stressors including divorce, school environments, and peer relationship development. She assists children and teens in developing effective coping skills to manage their emotions and behaviors.
