Congratulations on taking the time and effort to find support! It can be intimidating to ask for help and I want to thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable and open-minded whether it is for yourself, a family member, or a loved one. I believe that the way we make meaning of the experiences in our lives strongly shapes how we view ourselves and the world around us. I'm passionate about helping my clients cultivate acceptance and empowerment in who they are and what they do through finding the knowledge and tools that truly help and honor them. I work with all ages and provide individual as well as family-system sessions.
