Therapy is a safe place where individuals can be open and talk about their life and situations that may be difficult or uncomfortable to discuss. I take pride in meeting the client where they are in their journey of life. A main goal of mine is making the client feel comfortable and secure and to help them understand their situation. Most of my experience is working with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults helping them navigate through life circumstances and assisting them with setting goals for sustainable change that they want to make.
