The focus of my practice is to assist people in finding their innate strength to heal from harm that negatively impacts their lives, and to offer confidential support through connection as they find the courage to choose a healthier way of living. I help people who have mild to complex mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, as well as assisting those struggling with relationship troubles, sexual distress, cultural concerns, identity issues, LGBTQ+ adversity, and more.
