Do you feel alone? Feel like you are just going through the motions? Do you feel stuck or worse yet anxious about feeling stuck? Are you ready for some kind of positive change in your life? I am a licensed clinical social worker and together, I believe, we can work through these thoughts and feelings in hopes to create a more balanced life with more meaning and purpose. I know that therapy can be a difficult choice for someone. I would like to make the journey as comfortable as possible. I work with meeting the client where they are at when working on the struggles in their lives and help them find their inner strength.
