Are you an adult or (pre) teen feeling stuck—whether it’s due to anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges? Many of the people I work with are deeply feeling individuals who need support in managing emotions, setting boundaries, and building self-confidence. My clients come to therapy looking for clarity, coping strategies, and personal growth. Some need help recognizing and shifting negative thought patterns, while others are seeking tools to regulate emotions and tolerate distress. As a Christian, I welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into our work for those who desire it.
