Many of my clients struggle with identity, self-esteem, and relationships—often feeling deeply, overthinking, or wondering why connection feels so hard despite their insight and effort. You might be navigating a life transition, grief, or a lingering sense of emptiness or longing that’s difficult to put into words. Clients often come to me wanting to understand themselves more fully—not just manage symptoms. They want to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves. I specialize in working with psychologically minded adults using a relational, psychodynamic approach. Together, we explore the deeper emotional patterns shaped by early relationships and lived experiences, paying close attention to how these patterns show up in your present life and relationships. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative.
