We all carry stories, some we’ve outgrown, some that still echo in the choices we make today. Often, we aren’t aware of how deeply old patterns and beliefs influence the choices we make today. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel stuck or overlooked. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing that is grounded, individualized, and lasting. Somatic Experiencing. My approach is warm, intuitive, and down-to-earth. I create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human, where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that long to be understood, unlearn what no longer serves, and strengthen the inner resources that already live within you.
