I primarily work with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school avoidance, and sports performance challenges. I also provide parenting strategies and techniques through parent-only sessions. I have 2 years of experience working as a mental health counselor, and I have worked for almost a decade supporting children, adolescents and their caregivers as a sports coach, behavior technician, and nanny. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for emotions and thoughts to be explored by children, adolescents and their parents and/or guardians.
