Hi there, I'm Katie! Each client's needs are different. I work from a client-centered and humanistic approach, which allows me to personalize the treatment to suit each individual; implementing and utilizing approaches that are best suited for and tailored to meet their needs rather than a specific therapeutic modality. I work from a strength-based orientation, utilizing past and current skills as well as gaining new ones to assist the client in overcoming life challenges and improving their quality of life or achieving their goals.
