In-person and virtual openings. I use a strength-based approach to help clients get from where they are to where they want to be (building self-compassion along the way). I have experience working with children and adults who struggle with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues (familial, romantic, friends) LGBTQIA+ related challenges, and low self-esteem. I take time to be curious about how challenges arise and address them in ways that foster self-compassion and connectedness with the world around you. I am a collaborative therapist who utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of a client. Such approaches include Narrative and Feminist modalities, and Self-Compassion. For children, I use non-directed play therapy, ARC and psychoeducation. Ask me more about my work with kids!
