I show up for couples who are looking to build more confidence in their ability to talk about the "hard things", become masters at handling conflict, & see each other with more grace, humor and positivity. I work with individuals who want to feel less anxious socially and relationally, and learn to express their thoughts and feelings with self-assurance, make decision out of care instead of fear, and have compassion for themselves, even when they make a misstep.
