My belief is that the therapeutic process is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist, and that clients are experts of their own lives. I am simply here to facilitate the process of overcoming challenges, helping clients reach their life goals in a safe, non judgmental, relaxed environment. Together we will work on building strong interpersonal relationships, increasing self esteem to reach your highest potential, and coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, anger, and other difficulties that may challenge you. My goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to live a happy, fulfilled, and meaningful life that uncovers their "ideal self." I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, families, as well as emancipated female youth and intellectually challenged adults. My passion is working with adolescents, couples, families, and parent training. Through active listening, empathy, positive regard, and respect, I use an integrated approach based on the personalities and needs of my clients.
