Katie values a collaborative and compassionate approach that encourages self-awareness, understanding, and empowerment. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical focus from Florida State University and is dedicated to guiding clients on their journey toward renewed clarity. Katie applies trauma-informed care with individuals/couples across the lifespan. She utilizes EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman and other evidence-based modalities to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, relational and interpersonal conflict, academic/performance concerns, and life transitions.
