Hey there! I work with ADHD, ASD, OCD, trauma, grief, relationships, domestic violence, and LGBTQ+. I am based in Los Gatos but see clients all over California. I’m genuinely invested in understanding how mental health impacts you and figuring out what will help you feel better. I think therapy has shifted toward techniques that sound good but don’t always create real change. This has left people even more stuck and unable to get out of their heads. My approach is to translate clinical research into something real and accessible, while also bringing warmth and empathy to create sessions that feel friendly, familiar, and supportive.
