Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support. I want to get to know you and see how I can help. I specialize in working with women who are trying to understand and cope with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, challenges with self-assertion, boundary-setting, childhood trauma, religious trauma, as well as other issues relating to their family of origin. I also enjoy helping anyone going through life transitions, such as moving, going to college, or transitioning to parenthood. Lastly, I have experience helping other therapists with personal growth and those interested in EMDR and IFS. Whether you need help with childhood trauma, personal improvement, life transitions, or other mental health challenges, I am committed to providing a deep level of empathy, warmth, compassion, and a safe space for you to work towards your goals and heal from the pain of the past as well as your present struggles.
