I recognize that reaching out to find a counselor is a daunting process. I hope to make this easier by clarifying the goals of my practice. While I enjoy and have experience with individual, group, and family therapy with people across the lifespan from children and teens to adults and the elderly, I most enjoy helping couples navigate their relationships. I find that helping couples build a new and stronger foundation has a positive impact on not only their relationship, but on them individually and on each member of the family. While I use a CBT and strengths-based focus in my work, I also have completed both levels one and two of The Gottman Method for couples counseling.
