I use a trauma informed attachment lens to work with clients in my practice and utilize Emotion Focused techniques for individuals, couples, and families. Therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself (sometimes a more true version than you can in your day to day) with someone who will support you with compassion and honesty. I have completed the Gottman level 1 training for work with couples, and training in Emotion Focused Therapy, and I am also trained in EMDR as a way to find relief from trauma. I enjoy working with individuals, as well as supporting the complexity of a relationship between two people, such as couples or family work. I believe that everyone deserves to understand themselves better which is the first step to creating the change you want to see in your life.
