“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” -Brene Brown- Life oftentimes feels so overwhelming and is accompanied by emotions that can be confusing and feel out of control. Thankfully, we don’t have to face the storms of life alone. I believe that connection with others and with ourselves is one of the most core components of the healing journey. I consider it a great honor to walk alongside those willing to share their stories, no matter how messy it may seem.
