I am a licensed clinical psychologist who takes an integrative and holistic approach to working with clients. With 25 years of experience, I work with individual adults and couples. I am certified and trained in nutrition and integrative medicine for mental health, yoga, and as a Complex Trauma Professional. Specializing in trauma and grief, I work with a wide variety of emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual struggles. I believe helping clients make connections with their mind – body – and spirit, as well as connections within themselves and with others creates the path to healing and living their most authentic life.
