I like to think of my work as covering the whole range of family life, from “Minis to Mamas.” Whether I'm on the floor with a six-year-old diving into an art project, helping a teen navigate family conflict or social drama, supporting a college student adjusting to independence, or guiding a parent through the ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum, I’m passionate about helping you find your way. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths and feel your best, no matter where you are in life. Seeking support can feel a bit daunting. It’s normal to wonder about the process, your comfort with your therapist, or your potential for improvement. Rest assured, you’re not alone in these thoughts.
