I believe one's mental health is the foundation for overall health and longevity. Feeling scene, heard and supported are the cornerstones of positive mental health. Having a safe sounding board can be life changing and my goal with clients is to make sure that they know they don't have to hold life's "heavy stuff" alone. Learning how to re-connect to self as well as improve communication with others is a focus when working together.
