It takes awareness and courage to make the steps necessary in seeking support, and I am passionate about creating a non-judgmental space that can provide safety and comfort. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults. I have extensive expertise and a passion for working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with eating disorders and body image concerns. Other specialties include anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem challenges and perfectionism. My therapeutic approach is aimed at identifying client strengths in a collaborative manner, and focuses on making each client feel that their unique needs are being acknowledged and met. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatment approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
