My practice is informed and enriched by my personal journey, my professional trainings and my experience in the fields of social justice, mental health and holistic wellness. I offer a unique, integrative approach that goes beyond symptom management. Using a blend of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including EMDR, somatic interventions and holistic approaches, we’ll work together to gently unwind the effects of trauma, release deep emotional blocks, and rewire your nervous system for lasting transformation.
