In therapy, I foster a safe and non-judgmental environment so you can feel comfortable eventually talking about anything with me. Therapy should be tailored to how you work best. I specialize in helping individuals learn to manage and control anxiety, panic, depression, and mood and trauma disorders. I can help you learn to set and hold boundaries, have healthier relationships, and improve your self confidence. With 15 years of experience, I offer a wide variety of tools and treatments.
