Being a human in this world can be so difficult and confusing! I love to help people become a version of themselves they can feel good about. My training helps me to help people gain insight into the ways their past experiences have shaped their present. The process of changing and doing things differently often involves working through difficult feelings such as grief, shame, and regret; no one should have to deal with these feelings alone. I seek to provide a safe space where we can work together to create the conditions for healing and change. We will figure out what works best for you.
