I enjoy accompanying people dealing with anxiety and depression who are invested in improving their mental well-being. Together, in a welcoming, nonjudgemental, and empathetic relationship, we explore different ways of thinking to help alleviate symptoms. Many of the expressed goals are addressed by identifying cognitive distortions, setting boundaries in relationships, and developing coping strategies to decrease negative symptoms.
