Congratulations on your decision to make a change in your life. You have taken the first step to feel better about yourself and your life. Many of my clients who first come to therapy are in pain and they don't know why. They may have turned to alcohol, drugs, food or have unresolved grief, anxiety, depression or never been able to look at past trauma. We all deserve to be loved, experience joy and have a sense of belonging. My role as a therapist is to help guide you on your path as you make healthier choices.
