Hello, my name is Katya Castro. I am a psychotherapist and I like helping people to deal with their everyday difficulties and build happier and fuller lives. For quite a some time I have been working with children, adolescences/young adults and their families. I very much enjoy helping youth who feel lost, depressed and disconnected from their families or peers to find their own way to reconnect, heal and grow. I enjoy seeing my clients, overcome their anxiety and grow stronger, learn more effective life skills and successfully apply them in their everyday challenges.
