What if all of the things you do that get in your own way, that keep you disconnected from others, are actually just younger parts of yourself desperately trying to protect you? Through the use of Internal Family Systems, somatic work, EMDR and sand tray we will connect with and care for these younger parts that are working furiously to protect you, but may be stuck in the past, and often in the dark. Together we will work to bring those wounded parts into the light. Once we get to know all of these parts and extend understanding, compassion and healing, they can work together to allow more joy, freedom and connection.
