I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist, committed to supporting and empowering individuals on their quest to identify and examine destructive thinking which leads to negative emotions and problematic behaviors. My work focuses on taking a collaborative approach toward helping individuals transform those harmful thoughts into healthier thoughts that ultimately enhance and improve their overall well-being. I possess a doctorate degree in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, and a master’s degree in Counseling.
