We all come across points in our lives when we could use some guidance and support. Lets face it sometimes that guidance is often best suited for someone outside of our family and friends. I believe the foundation of a successful therapy experience is building trust and creating positive relationships with my clients. This allows you to feel comfortable and supported while exploring unhelpful patterns, uncomfortable topics and difficult life experiences. By making this a priority it allows me to assist you in working towards meaningful change.
