I work with high-achieving adults who look capable on the outside but feel driven, anxious, or self-critical on the inside. Many of my clients have built successful lives while quietly carrying a belief that they must keep proving their worth — often at the expense of rest, connection, or emotional ease. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand these patterns at their roots, + develop a more embodied, compassionate relationship w/ yourself. My approach is especially supportive for people who: struggle with burnout, anxiety, or chronic self-pressure; feel disconnected from their emotions or bodies; struggle to rest deeply My work integrates Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, + mindfulness-based practices. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, we explore how early relational experiences, internalized expectations + nervous-system patterns continue to shape your present-day life. This is deep, relationally-oriented therapy.
