I believe that therapy is less like an onion and more like a garlic clove. Instead of trying to peel back the layers, we learn to understand, integrate, and balance all of the pieces that make us who we are. Whatever path life has taken you down, I'm here to listen and reassure you that you are not alone. Healing looks different for everyone. Through my background in mental health nursing, I approach counseling by integrating professional experience with a deep understanding of mental health utilizing a variety of theoretical lenses and interventions to individuals, couples, parents, and families.
