Dr. Kayla specializes in the treatment of a variety of anxiety disorders, trauma, and grief. Managing the impacts of these can feel defeating, exhausting, and hopeless at times. Dr. Kayla serves as a source of support, psycho-education, and a trusted guide in helping individuals navigate the day to day challenges that feel interfering. It is not uncommon for someone just reaching out for therapy to feel they are enduring these things alone or do not quite know where to begin. Dr. Kayla specializes in working with ages 18 - 35, with extensive experience working with youth ages.
