Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor based in Arizona. I can help you step out of survival mode and create a reality where imperfections are welcomed. I will guide you in what it takes to increase your self esteem, set boundaries, rediscover your needs/wants, and live life in moderation. Step into the life you've been waiting for!
