I work with individuals beginning around age 10 through adulthood. You might be an upper elementary or middle school student feeling overwhelmed by school or shifting friendships. Maybe you're a teen trying to find your place in the world, anxious about the future, or just needing someone to talk to. Or perhaps you're an adult navigating the ups and downs of life—relationships, parenting, loss, identity, work, or simply feeling the weight of your past. Whatever season of life you're in, you don’t have to carry it alone. I use a compassionate, holistic approach rooted in evidence-based practices. My training includes EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), IFS, Expressive Arts, & Play Therapy.
