About

The folks I work with are curious, creative, and courageous people navigating transitions, burnout, or self-doubt while yearning for deeper alignment and ease. Many have spent years surviving systems that weren’t built for them and are now ready to reconnect with their inner voice, body, and sense of possibility. They seek a space to unlearn shame, honor their truths, and reimagine what thriving can look like. Together, we explore the stories shaping their internal landscape with compassion and creativity, transforming pain into wisdom and cultivating self-trust, connection, and liberation. I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and reimagine healing through creativity and self-compassion. Blending expressive arts, Internal Family Systems, and somatic practices, I offer a space to explore the impact of trauma and oppression while building self-trust, connection, and liberation—transforming survival patterns into pathways of expansion.
