I'm an LCSW with over 20 years in providing psychotherapy in various settings. My specialties include depression, anxiety, and women's issues. I love to work with clients and create a safe space to provide support and empathy for what they are going through to help them feel heard and seen. Sometimes by talking to a nonjudgemental third party, we are able to gain a greater perspective on our life's situations and how to better navigate moving forward. I am easy to talk to, empathetic, supportive, validating, nonjudgmental, and a safe person to talk to. Sometimes it's not always about "fixing our problems right away" but rather understanding ourselves better to more appropriately face and handle situations with more compassion for ourselves and others while setting healthier boundaries and communication.
