Hi! I'm here to provide a safe space for preteens, teens, and adults as they navigate life's challenges. I strive to help my clients navigate through their difficulties, helping them to heal and collaboratively work with them to build important life skills, as well as resiliency and positivity within themselves.I believe that all individuals are capable of growth and my goal is to help each client overcome the emotional, mental and physical barriers they may be faced with in pursuing this.I aim to approach my work with an empathic heart, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to feel respected, accepted and supported.
