I’m Kaylee Torno, MA, LPC, NCC and the founder of WayForward Counseling & Consulting. Finding your way forward can feel uncertain, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space where teens, young adults, and adults can explore challenges, develop coping tools, and discover new perspectives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly seen and supported. In my practice, I provide trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Using a gentle yet solutions-focused approach, I draw from evidence-based practices to help you uncover patterns, develop effective coping tools, and move toward lasting change.
