I practice with empathy and curiosity in order to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to learn about themselves, to grow, and address the challenges that may impact their experiences, interactions and feelings about the world. I am experienced in working with individuals who have themselves experienced trauma or, are navigating depression, and/ or anxiety. I particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I'm a sex positive therapist who welcomes individual work around non traditional relationships and interests. My approach is client centered and allows me to combine techniques such as trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to provide evidence based treatment for individual adolescents and adults ages 17 and older
