My ideal clients are people who love deeply, who know in their bones that life can and should be more pleasurable, connected, and sustainable than what we’ve been handed. You may be longing for sovereignty, belonging, and a greater sense of wholeness. So often you’re carrying grief—whether from death, heartbreak, estrangement, or even the less acknowledged grief of being disconnected from the earth. Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, too much. What you want most is a space that can hold both your shadows and your light, where you can rebuild self-trust, resilience, and joy, and live in alignment with love, courage, and authenticity. I offer trauma-informed, body based, and relational therapy grounded in Somatic Experiencing to support healing from grief, trauma, and attachment wounds. Through nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and compassionate connection, I help clients rebuild self-trust, resilience, and the capacity to live and love with greater freedom.
