I work with women, teens, and children who have mood disorders, experiences of trauma, facing life transitions, dealing with the effects of chronic health conditions, dealing with the effects of a crisis, experiencing psychosomatic symptoms, and navigating the impact of these struggles on their faith. ​I have a down-to-earth and authentic approach integrating various therapeutic methods based on my clients' needs. I offer faith integrated Christian counseling from a Biblically based perspective and work with people at various places in their faith journey. I take an integrative approach utilizing aspects of insight oriented, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, solution focused, and strengths based therapies based on individual needs. I implement trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches with a focus on growth, overcoming, forgiveness, and resilience. I offer Christian counseling from a Biblical perspective.
