I'm here to help you/your child work through whatever emotional or behavioral concerns emerge, ranging from anxiety, depression, defiance, anger, etc., to seek more peace, stability, and confidence in your/your child's daily life. I work with both children and adults! As an EMDR therapist, I am dedicated to healing trauma impacting your present and future experiences. I also utilize play therapy to serve both children and the inner child of my adult clients. I work alongside you to find the right therapeutic approach that works for you, as we aren't "one size fits all", and we navigate the healing journey together!
