My ideal client is an adult navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or friendship challenges—often feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they’re ready to break. Many are African-American, first-generation, or of Caribbean descent, seeking a therapist who understands the cultural and generational layers they carry. They want clarity, healing, and tools to manage stress. Most of all, they want to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with peace and confidence. I help adults work through grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues by creating a safe, affirming space to process emotions and explore patterns. I specialize in working with African-American, Caribbean, and first-generation clients.
