Someone, that is trying to better themselves and their realities by facing past traumas and present stressors and having hope that their future can be as bright as they believe. They may be nervous about the process but still hold on to a small sliver of hope inside them that they, too, can benefit from therapy. I am deeply committed to partnering with kids, individuals, and couples to help them reach their fullest potential and gaining new insights of themselves & the world. Being a systemic psychologist and rooted in the field of psychology. I am dedicated to integrating cognitive and foundational neuroscience strategies while utilizing MFT modalities.
